If you are a taxpayer you can also sign up for Gift Aid which means we can claim back the any tax you have paid on your donation amount from the Government.

Legacies

To anyone who may wish to leave a legacy in their Will to this branch, the following wording is suggested. It is very important to use the exact title of the Branch to avoid any uncertainty.

“I give £______ to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Kent Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone District Branch and I declare that the receipt of the Honorary Treasurer or other proper officer for the time being of the said Branch shall be a full and sufficient discharge for the said legacy”
